Sorensen Design & Planning Pty Ltd began life in a spare bedroom in Port Stephens. Since then, our practice has expanded to service the ares of Maitland, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Region, Cessnock, Singleton, the Hunter Valley, the Central Coast, Sydney and all surrounding areas. We’ve put together an experienced and highly knowledgeable team who can create bespoke designs to suit our customers’ unique specifications. We take pride in doing a great job every time throughout the design process.

Whether it’s performing drafting services for a small deck extension or designing and drafting for prestigious homes, units, duplexes and commercial projects, we give each project the utmost care and attention.

We also offer on-site inspections for all proposed work before drawing up the designs you need, and can tackle projects large and small for your convenience. Our expert town planning team can competently handle the entire planning requirements for any location, handling the lodgement and approval of the Development Application, and the lodgement and approval of the Construction Certificate utilising a private certifier or the local Council as the PCA.
